• Trivozo MealUp (Home-Cooked Meals): This service connects users with local housewives and home chefs providing home-cooked homely meals. While we mandate our partners to maintain strict hygiene and quality standards, Trivozo is a marketplace facilitator. We are not directly responsible for food preparation, delivery delays, or adverse allergic reactions. Users with severe food allergies should exercise caution and communicate directly with the meal provider.
• Trivozo Carpooling (Ride-Sharing): The carpooling module connects drivers who have empty seats with verified passengers traveling the same route.
